Online Purchases

We accept returns on online orders within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

  • Returns Process: To initiate an online return, please email our customer support team to receive return instructions.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, clearance merchandise, and intimate apparel are final sale.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or store credit for items purchased in person, with the following exception:

  • Kids' Clothing Exception: We gladly accept size exchanges only for kids' items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached, and the original receipt must be presented.
