Order Tracking:

Shipping Delays:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
